Information we collect does not collect or store “sensitive” categories of personal data such as political views, ethnic origin, sexual orientation, health condition, religious or philosophical believes, etc. If we receive such “sensitive data” we will delete it immediately. This information includes name and contact information (phone numbers, email address, billing address). This data is stored for the purposes of communication with the client and providing more complete information about the services offered by the Administrator.

Purposes for processing personal data

The Administrator collects and processes the personal data of individuals, which are provided either directly by them or automatically collected only for the following purposes:

Retention period

We keep your personal information only for as long as required in order to:

We keep your data for a period of 5 years following completion of your project. If after the 5 year period we have no longer contractual obligation your data will be deleted.

If you have not used any of our services/ started a project with us and have only sent an enquiry by email/ phone or the contact form on our website, your personal information will be deleted 2 months after your last response.

The website has taken a wide range of technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data from loss or other forms of illegal processing. Your personal data is only available to the people working on your project. This could be either the owner of or subcontractors (and their employees) of who need access to it in order to fulfill their obligations arising from our relationship with you.
